About This Time Is for You:

Life invited me to pause. She didn’t do so politely. She did it with all the grace of middle age.

I began asking the big questions: What do I want to do with the rest of my life? How do I find the pieces of myself I’ve lost? Am I making the impact I want to make?

I soon realized I wasn’t alone. All around me, people were at similar crossroads—kids grown, work losing its spark, the world aching for change. Beneath it all was the same desire: to feel alive and contribute to something meaningful without losing themselves along the way.

So my work began. As a licensed counselor with a PhD grounded in adult development and wellness, I know how to turn reflection into growth. I built what I wished I had: a values-led space that respects your intellect as much as your humanity where people can pause, reconnect with themselves, and spark the changes that make life more joyful, purposeful, and connected for themselves and others.

That space became This Time Is for You—stories, tools, and spaces to help you explore, define, and act on what matters most. It’s also the heart behind my book This Time Is for You: A Guide to Meaning, Wellness, and Purpose, my podcast This Toast Is for You, and my coaching practice.

Being at a crossroads isn’t about starting over or forgetting everything you already know.
It’s about coming home to yourself—rekindling joy, purpose, and meaning, and sparking the same in others along the way.

Whether you listen to This Toast Is for you, work through the Guide, or work with me as a coach….

Let’s spark something.
