Personal 1:1 Coaching

We don’t lose sight of ourselves all at once

I’m Elizabeth—a licensed counselor, educator, and PhD. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with people navigating change, identity shifts, and moments of transition.

I’ve seen a common pattern: when life changes—children leave home, menopause arrives, careers shift, relationships end—people often lose connection with themselves. The spark fades. Purpose feels distant. Scrolling replaces reflection.

This Time Is for You was created to offer something simple and often missing: space to come home to who you are now.

Through one-on-one coaching, reflective guides, and conversations, I support people in:

  • Reconnecting with what matters most to them in this season of life

  • Clarifying what they want next—without pressure to reinvent everything

  • Taking small, meaningful steps toward joy, purpose, and alignment

This work isn’t about productivity or self-improvement for its own sake. It’s about gentle inquiry, practical reflection, and rediscovering your sense of meaning—on your own terms.

How Coaching Works

  • Sessions are held virtually via a secure webinar platform, making them accessible wherever you are

  • Coaching is counseling-informed but not therapy

  • This work assumes basic needs are currently met and is not designed for crisis support

Pricing & Options

To reduce barriers and allow space to explore fit, I offer flexible options:

  • “Let’s Meet” introductory session: $75

  • Single session: $150–$200

  • 3-session package: $400–$500

  • 6-session package: $800–$1,000

Packages are designed for those who want continuity and space to reflect between sessions.

If you’re sensing that something is shifting—and you’re ready to listen instead of rush—you’re invited to begin with a conversation.

Because when we take time for ourselves, we don’t step away from the world.
We gather the energy to engage with it more fully.

If you’re ready to explore what matters most and define what’s next, a conversation is a thoughtful place to begin.

Let’s spark something.
